A whole new World

What a time it has been.
we are inlove with portugal, obviously.
the trains down here, were quite the whirl, expecially on the 12 hours train, Sud Express, a.k.a Green Monster. Cheese sandwhich and nuts for 12 hours and chairs that don~t recline.  Really had some nice laughs on that one.
Luckily, the Algarve is BEAUTIFUL, and the first farm we went one was AMAZING.  They were a young couple about early 30´s, with 2 kids, and 11 wwoofers.  They have lived there for 4 years and have built all their houses, and toilets (compost) and playground, with the materials surrounding them, I,E: euctalyptus trees and clay.  We got to build on to their clay house, which was really amazing, mixing the clay that you dug up from the pit in the backyard, adding straw and water, and mixing your hands to pieces, one block after another, its amazing to watch walls grow!  They were basically german anarachist, and had a a righteous way of working theyre asses off, and ours, to achieve a dream.
super inspiring.  Also learned how to herd goats, or say, take 33 goats on a walk through the mountains...what'a'feat!!

Now, we are now in the northern part of Portugal near, Coimbra, working on a laughter yoga, farm.  so far we have gone to the river for 4 hours everyday, and done mediation in the mornings, and we sleep in a geodesic dome...pretty flippin rad.  They have a child named, Malic, who is defintely an angel, and brilliant 4 year-old.

we will try our best to resurect this blog, but i Do believe that getting away from the world wide web, was part of the gig, in coming to Portugal, and living the life of a farmer.  hell yeah. =)
